Free accounts can create up to 25 links with 5-character codes. Pro accounts get unlimited links, custom codes (1-5 characters), QR codes, bio pages, bulk upload, and advanced analytics.

When creating or editing a link, you can set a password. Visitors must enter the password before being redirected to the target URL. This is ideal for sharing confidential content.

Yes, Pro users can set an expiration date when creating a link. After the expiration date, the link will no longer redirect and visitors will see a notice that the link has expired.

EU.PE supports several redirect types: Direct (immediate redirect), Frame (target page shown in a frame), Splash (countdown page before redirect), and Overlay (redirect with a customizable banner overlay).

Deep Links allow you to redirect users to specific content within apps. UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) can be appended to your links for detailed campaign tracking in analytics tools.

Free users get auto-generated 5-character codes. Pro users can choose custom codes from 1 to 5 characters. Already-taken codes are shown as unavailable.

Pro users can generate QR codes for any shortened link. You can customize the QR code with your logo and brand colors. QR codes are available in PNG format.

Bio Pages are customizable landing pages that contain all your important links. Perfect for social media profiles. Access them via eu.pe/@yourusername.

EU.PE provides a REST API for programmatic link management. Generate an API key in your settings and use it to create, manage, and track links via HTTP requests.

Pro users can create categories to organize their links. Assign links to categories when creating or editing them, and filter your link list by category for easy management.

Pro users can upload a CSV file to create multiple links at once. The CSV file should contain one URL per line. You can optionally include custom short codes and titles.

EU.PE tracks clicks, referrers, countries, and devices for each link. Pro users can view detailed analytics on the dashboard and export their data as CSV or PDF files.

You can enable 2FA in your account settings. When enabled, you will receive a 6-digit verification code via email each time you log in. This adds an extra layer of security to your account.

Yes, EU.PE is fully GDPR compliant. All data is stored exclusively on servers within the European Union. We do not use any US-based services or transfer data outside the EU.

The DPA (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag / AVV) is a legally required agreement for businesses processing personal data. You can view and sign the DPA directly in your account settings under "DPA".

Go to Settings in your dashboard. You can update your email address (requires verification) and change your password. For security, you must enter your current password to make changes.

Navigate to Settings in your dashboard. You can generate a new API key or regenerate an existing one. Keep your API key secure and never share it publicly.

Pro users can earn commissions by referring new customers. Share your unique affiliate link, and when someone signs up and upgrades to Pro, you receive a commission. Find your affiliate link in the "Affiliate" section of your dashboard.

Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
